United As One
Our values are at the heart of everything we do and we welcome all, actively seeking out new additions to our Newcastle United family who enhance our diversity and enable us to better reflect the communities we serve.
We work to create environments in which all are respected, supported, and valued, focusing on the individual needs of employees, and ensuring the right conditions for everyone to achieve their full potential.
We create ways of working that enable everyone to be their authentic self and to be and feel at their best.
We want everyone to belong and we ask our employees what we can do to improve their sense of belonging, avoiding making assumptions.
We are a family and we put this at the heart of our decision making. We actively engage our colleagues as part of this and they were responsible for shaping our values. We also have ongoing dialogue through our Employee Forum who meet regularly and is made up of people from across the Club who are connected by our passion to enable employees to have a voice and to ensure that our Newcastle United family is at the heart of everything that we do.
We also recently launched our Values Champions group which is made up of volunteers who support the ongoing embedding of our Club Values and Valued Behaviours across the Club, playing a key role in shaping our culture.
Newcastle United and Newcastle United Women
The future of Newcastle United and Newcastle United Women is one of the most exciting in elite sport. We need talented, passionate people to help us on this exciting journey. We don't confess it will be all plain sailing but if you share our values and want to be a part of our transformation you will find a club that still holds "family" at it's core.
