Venue Operations
Our Venue Operations Team work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders including the Premier League, local authorities and the emergency services to ensure efficient, compliant, safe, and high-quality venue operations are delivered in a cost effective and environmentally sustainable way.
They provide expertise and strategic leadership of the Club’s health, safety and security provision with responsibility for all aspects of general, matchday and event safety and security at the Stadium, Training Ground & Academy. They ensure all maintenance work is carried out to the highest standard and in a timely fashion and that the preparation and maintenance of all of the pitches at the Club’s three sites deliver the highest quality playing surfaces.
