People and Talent
Our People and Talent Team deliver effective, professional and valued people management services to all departments at the Club, providing expert advice, coaching and support to all colleagues. The Team is made up of a number specialist functions such as Payroll, Resourcing, Safeguarding, Learning and Development and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, who are all committed to delivering a brilliant colleague experience and helping to create a great, safe and compliant place to work.
Typical roles in our People and Talent Team include, HR Advisors, Resourcing Business Partners, Safeguarding and Welfare roles, Payroll and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Officers.
