Matchday working

​Our matchday colleagues provide a great customer service experience to all visitors to St.James' Park, whether it's having a quick drink in Shearer's, helping supporters with queries during the game or ensuring a safe, clean and welcoming environment for everyone.

We often have casual roles available for Bar Staff, Turnstile Operators, Stewards and Matchday Cleaners. A strong customer focus and desire to work with the public as an ambassador for the Club are essential.

These roles offer a really flexible option for those who have an interest in the Club and helping others.
